Barney (Kyleca Signs of Spring)

Barney was bred by us but is loved and owned by Sue, Jim, Andrew, Luke and Jill! He has now been joined by his nephew Jake (Kyleca Harvest Eclipse), am sure they will have plenty of fun together!

Barney has excelled in the show-ring too! As others will testify he certainly isn't the easiest dog to handle but was Best in Show at the Bearded Collie Club of Scotland Open Show under breed specialist Trish Buchanan-Hislop (Ciopar) March 2007 and gained his stud book number at SKC in May 2007 under Derek Smith.

***2008 - 2nd in a strong limit class at WELKS under Albert Wight and 2nd in mid-limit under John Ritchie at Eastern Beardie***

He is hopefully going to try his paw at herding some time during 2008! Watch this space!
