Sat 02 Oct 10 - A sad day for us all on the death of my very dear mum Pauline. She was taken into hospital on 28 Feb 10 and onwards to a care home near Knaresborough on 16 Apr 10. She battled on for 6 months and defied all the doctors with her will to live, no-one could believe her inward strength. Rest in peace Mum, I am sure my precious Dad and your own mum and dad were waiting with open arms to welcome you xxx

A last minute decision to attend Midshires Bearded Collie Championship Show on 01 Aug 10 ended with some lovely results!

Josh won his first junior class and also novice under breed specialist Caroline Nicholson (Shilstone), it was a delight to be invited to stay with her final choice of dogs to be considered for the Dog CC!

Jessica certainly wasn't to be outdone and after a 2nd in open bitch was invited back to challenge for the RCC, a bit unexpected to say the least which proves 'one should always be prepared' which I certainly was NOT!!!! She took the 'rush' all in her stride and was subsequently thrilled to be given her RCC and Reserve Best Bitch at this wonderful show!!

We have just enjoyed a lovely time at Crufts 2010 with our wonderful friends Ingela Sandstrom and Sophie Moller from the Beastly Kennel in Sweden.

We were so pleased that Jessica won her class under breed specialist Lesley Tomlinson (Coalacre Bearded Collies) and were very proud to be included in the challenge on a very special day!

Our Jessica had a lovely day out at Mypetstop near Leeds at North of England Bearded Collie Club Open show gaining Reserve Best in Show and Best Opposite Sex, under non-specialist Barry Croft, 03 May 09.

Mostonbrae, chapter 2! arrived on 30 Mar 09, 2 girls, 2 boys

After keeping us all in suspense, Cleo eventually decided to have her 2 kittens 4 days after her due date on 25th March 2009, Mum and kits doing well, Cleo very reluctantly agreed to one photo call before whisking her beloved kittens back to the privacy of their box!! - pictured at 4 days.

Our Jessica (Kyleca Spring Breeze JW) enjoyed a lovely day in Scotland winning Best in Show at The Bearded Collie Club of Scotland under breed specialist Angela Pedder (Caldermist). Photos kind permission of Linda Peirson and Jacqui Young.

Shhhhh, you'll wake him up!! A boy needs his beauty sleep!

Talraz Heartsong by our Ryan (Ch/Ir Ch. Gallus Macracker at Kyleca JW, ShCM) out of the lovely Meg (Merrythorpe Blackberry Way) not only won Best Puppy under breed specialist Alan Hood (Bryonyhill) followed up by BPIS at Huddersfield last week but also won BPIS at Hebden Bridge yesterday, going anywhere next week Mrs Jay???

Not to be outdone, Pauline Jeavons young Beth, Canjoline Summer Time, attended Darlington Show yesterday at a very cold Scorton, near Northallerton to pick up her first puppy group, by all accounts she took everything in her stride, well done Beth!

We are so proud of all Ryan's progeny in the ring and pleased to see them all doing so well, long may it continue!

Bushblades Ready to Rejoice attended a show in Verl-Kaunitz (Germany) the judge was Mrs. I. Hectors from Belgium. She was graded Excellent CAC-J so she now needs one more to complete her German youth championship.

Bushblades Ready to Rejoice (Joanne) is by our own Ryan (Ch/Ir Ch. Gallus Macracker at Kyleca JW, ShCM) out of Bushblades Out to Party (Georgia), expertly shown by her owner Imke Groenier. We are immensely proud of her achievements so keep up the good work!!

Jessica has had a long break from the show ring and has just recently agreed to do a few shows ... just to be sociable!! Pictured at the BCC Championship Show at the weekend in open bitch where she received a very credible 4th place and best blue in open bitch. Photo courtesy of Linda Peirson.

Jessica's litter reached a year old today - 14th October 2008 - don't know where the time goes! Lulu wishes to thank all her brothers and sisters for their cards and good wishes, she had a great day with a huge party tea and cakes!!

Pictured is Archie (Kyleca Harvest Gold) celebrating his birthday, not spoilt one bit is he??!! Thank you to all our mums and dads who have given Jessica's puppies such loving homes.

Darlington Champ Show 2008 - we braved the weather to attend our 'local' show and as it happens the sun came out and it was glorious weather in amongst the mud, glorious mud!!

Ryan's youngest kids did him proud with Cawley (Talraz Piece of Heaven) owned by Christine Hannan and shown by his breeder Liz winning Best Puppy Dog, and the lovely Jenny (Bushblades Bound to Beguile at Forneave) shown by Yvonne winning 2nd/3rd in minor puppy and puppy bitch, hope they all continue their winning ways - they both looked great and took everything in their stride!

ALL PUPPIES ARE NOW SPOKEN FOR AND HAVE ALL FLOWN THE NEST. WE HOPE PHOEBE'S PUPPIES GIVE ALL THE NEW MUMS AND DADS LOTS OF ENJOYMENT FOR MANY YEARS TO COME!

The Lhasa Apso babies have landed, 4 girls, 2 boys, mother very, very thrilled with her new brood!! Father Ollie tremendously proud!! See Phoebe's page for photos.

Delighted that Lulu won Best Puppy in Show at Saltburn and District Canine Society - May 08!

Talraz McLaren - Turbo (out of Meg and Ryan's first litter, born Mar 05) has gained his French Title (and polished it off with Best in Show).

Many congratulations Judith and also to Robert for his expert handling!! Well done!

NOW INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION TOO, EXCELLENT NEWS, WE ARE ALL VERY PROUD OF YOU!
